Artwork for Beef & Brew
31 December 2015
Beef & Brew is a new restaurant in London’s Kentish Town, offering delicious cuts and craft beers at more affordable prices than the majority of steak diners. They commissioned Better Letters to create some wall pieces as part of their interior design. These included an original artwork, featuring a ‘steak cake’, a play on the infamous ‘Let them eat cake‘ line. This, and a beef cuts piece, were then painted on the plaster walls with a ‘ghosted’ appearance. Click the images below to see the final pieces up close, and in context.
